The offered ozone sanitization system is based on Swiss Wedeco-Innovatec electrolytic ozone generator with capacity of 8 g03/h (2 x 4 gO3/h) of ozone.
The ozone is being generated out of pure water taken from the loop feed side and goes back to pure water at the loop return. The pipe with ozonized water goes deep under the water level in the tank submersed as close as possible to its bottom.
For the purpose of ozone introduction under the water level in the PW tank, there will be additional branch of the loop piping provided with flow control unit.
The offered solution enables both constant and periodic sanitization of the PW loop with ozone. However we suggest to run the unit in periodical sanitization mode to achieve ozone concentration in the loop ca. 50 ppb when there is no demi water consumption from the loop.
